Yes. On-site estimates carry no cost and no obligation. For smaller or straightforward jobs we can often quote from the details you submit online instead.

Do you clean homes, businesses, or both?

Both. Roughly half of our work is residential and half is commercial, including offices, suites and post-construction projects.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients provide access instructions instead. Whatever you prefer, we agree on access and any special instructions before the first visit.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Recurring plans continue only as long as they work for you and can be paused or adjusted.

What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning maintains everyday surfaces. Deep cleaning adds detailed work — baseboards, grout, appliance interiors and buildup — that routine visits do not cover.

Can you clean outside business hours?

Yes, for commercial clients we schedule evenings, early mornings or weekends so cleaning does not interrupt operations.

How far in advance should I schedule?

Move-out, move-in and post-construction jobs are best booked a week or more ahead. Recurring and standard cleans can often be scheduled sooner depending on availability.
